Baltic Health Exchange (BHE) Project

The ASEM eHealth Working Group plan to hold a workshop in early December 2007 hosted by one of the prospective Asian participating countries (t.b.c.: China, Korea or Vietnam) in the Baltic Health Exchange (BHE) project agreed in Jiaxing. The aims of the workshop which will be open to all ASEM partner countries (including the newly joined India and Pakistan) will be:

• to review progress with the BHE project;
• present accounts of financial resources dispersed;
• resolve any outstanding problems;
• review any new research or parallel activities;
• invite additional participating countries;
• agree next phase of work.

The workshop would be chaired by Professor Yunkap Kwankam
